We just moved to Tampa about 3 months ago. I have to say that the staff here are pretty amazing!! They are very responsive, ... they never make you feel like you are bothering. If there is any issue with something in the complex, they go check it out right away. Maintenance is also great to deal with. Needed a better or new fridge, we got it right away, he also gave us with a tips with ants. I have been living here for 3 weeks now and I love it. Apart is super cozy for my family!
